Arron Dobson is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience, holding a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa and the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.

She has extensive experience in compensation strategy development and program design, including job architecture, job evaluation and levelling, market benchmarking, and salary structure development. Arron has a proven ability to design and implement programs that drive equity, clarity, and career growth within organizations.

Before joining Laulima Consulting, Arron held a leadership role at a global consulting firm, where she delivered a variety of compensation and total rewards solutions. Prior to that, she served on an HR leadership team, overseeing human resources for Western Canada at a professional services firm.

Passionate about fostering meaningful and impactful workplace practices, Arron takes a strategic and thoughtful approach to supporting organizations and their people in achieving long-term success.
