Ashley is a Senior Associate with Laulima Consulting, specializing in executive compensation. Prior to joining Laulima, Ashley served as a consultant at a large global consulting firm. She brings over five years of executive compensation consulting experience and has worked on a variety of projects, including compensation and performance peer group development, executive and Board of Director compensation benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan design, and pay-for-performance assessments.

Ashley's expertise extends to providing consulting, project management, and analytical support for North American privately-held and publicly-traded companies, including a number of companies in the energy and mining sectors. She enjoys collaborating with clients to tackle their executive compensation challenges and is adept at providing strategic guidance on executive pay practices to help organizations attract, motivate, and retain top talent.

Ashley holds an Honours Business Administration degree from Ivey Business School at Western University. Her academic background and professional experience equip her with the knowledge and skills to deliver tailored solutions to her clients.
