Ailsa joined Laulima Consulting as a Partner in 2024.  With more than 30 years of compensation and human resources experience, Ailsa has joined Laulima to provide strategic advice to clients on a wide variety of compensation topics for executives and the broader workforce.

Ailsa's experience spans all aspects of compensation strategy development and supporting compensation program design work including job architecture, job evaluation / levelling, market benchmarking, salary structure development, short-term incentives, and equity and cash-based long-term incentives. Ailsa has a proven track record bringing innovative and flexible solutions and providing a proactive and engaging service delivery experience to a wide range of publicly-traded, privately-held, public sector and not-for-profit organizations.  

Ailsa joined Laulima from a large global consulting firm where she spent more than 25 years in a variety of compensation and total rewards consulting and leadership positions. Prior to this, she held compensation and human resource generalist roles in both the public and private sectors. Ailsa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia with specializations in human resources management and labour relations.
