Brady has been a Principal with Laulima Consulting since 2024. Prior to joining Laulima, Brady was a senior member of the executive rewards practice with a large global consulting firm for nearly 14 years. He is involved in a variety of compensation engagements with publicly-traded and privately-held organizations ranging from large multi-nationals to smaller local enterprises.

Brady regularly works with clients to assess the competitiveness of executive and Board of Director pay programs and ensure that incentive programs align actual and intended pay outcomes with corporate strategy, performance, and shareholders’ experience. He also works with organizations to ensure that proxy disclosures are in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices and regularly monitors proxy advisor developments for impacts on compensation and governance practices.

Brady has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a concentration in Finance from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary.
