Before joining Laulima, Cindy honed her skills at a large global consulting firm, where she developed customized rewards strategies for diverse clientele across multiple industries and sectors. She also brings experience from a Credit Union Central, where she provided compensation solutions to multiple credit unions across Canada and supported the development and production of the annual national credit union compensation survey.

Cindy holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, a foundation that informs her innovative approach to compensation solutions.
