Jeremy is a Principal with Laulima Consulting, specializing in employee rewards and executive compensation.

Jeremy’s expertise spans a broad range of compensation matters including external market benchmarking, job levelling and job evaluation, compensation structure design, incentive plan design, pay equity, and total rewards philosophy and strategy development and implementation. Jeremy has advised clients of all sizes in many sectors across Canada and has regularly worked with organizations in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors to align their human capital programs with organizational strategy.

Prior to joining Laulima, Jeremy served as a senior consultant at a large global consulting firm. Previously, Jeremy also led the global compensation function of an international, private equity-backed high tech company.

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary and a Masters of Business Administration from the Alberta School of Business at the University of Alberta.

In his compensation career, Jeremy has been based in Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Halifax, Winnipeg, and London (UK). He sits on the Board of Governors of Curling Canada, the national governing body for the sport of curling.
