Kristen is a Senior Associate with Laulima Consulting, specializing in executive and employee compensation.

With over 15 years of compensation experience, Kristen has worked for publicly-traded, private and consulting companies. She leverages her in-house and consulting backgrounds to tailor solutions to the unique needs of each client. Her deep expertise encompasses compensation and performance peer group development, executive, employee and Board of Director compensation benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan design, proxy development and other governance matters.

Kristen joined Laulima from a large global consulting firm where she specialized in executive compensation. Prior to this, she held compensation roles at an independent power producer and at a regional bank where she oversaw compensation programs from initial design to organization-wide rollout.

Kristen holds a Master of Arts in Economics from Wilfred Laurier University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Western University. Her blend of practical experience, analytical background and project management skills enable her to deliver compensation and incentive solutions that align pay and organizational performance.
