Luc Lapalme has nearly 15 years of executive and employee compensation consulting experience. He advises C-suite executives and Compensation Committees across organizations of various sizes, industries and ownership structures.  Luc's consultancy focuses on developing competitive compensation strategies that align with the organization's compensation philosophy and market best practices.

Luc has also served as a senior compensation advisor for a global, publicly-traded organization, where he designed short- and long-term incentive programs and was instrumental in preparing the management proxy circular, administering incentive plans, and overseeing the merit review processes. He collaborated closely with HR business partners, offering strategic advice on compensation issues to align outcomes with corporate and business unit objectives.

Luc’s commitment to the field is augmented by his academic background, holding an MBA in Management Consulting from l'École de Science de Gestion at Université du Québec à Montréal (ESG UQAM). Luc’s education and extensive experience equip him to deliver insightful, objective, and data-driven recommendations.
